RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) Per the PAD-7 document, all solar panels that will be visible from neighboring properties or common areas must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to installation and shall be in compliance with current state guidelines. All wires and conduit leading from the panel down the side of the home must be painted to match the corresponding structure. Zoning can not approve the project unless proof is provided that the La Estancia Design Review Committee has approved the project.
