Residential Engineering Comments:
1. The property of the proposed CMU wall is located within the City of Tucson Flood Hazard and must follow the following standards. Floodplain use permit TE-FPU-1026-00410 was created and must be paid prior to issuance of this permit. Acknowledgement of the FPU permit can be completed by paying the invoice associated with TE-FPU-1026-00410 or by responding to this comment.
2. Flood vented blocks are noted on the proposed Construction Plans for this permit. Due to the floodplain, please provide the proposed spacing of 8” CMU FLOOD VENT BLOCK (Keynote 5).
3. The majority of the existing walls AND fence are within an estimated flood hazard area. Provide detailed information on existing wall locations, elevations, and why an existing shed and/or wall are located in neighboring parcel: 4608 S POINCIANA DR (136390090).
