A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. Comment 1: A Board of Adjustment (B/A) Variance would be required to approve the reduced 7’ setback in the front yard.
