(Comment) Based on aerial photos there is a shade structure on the NE corner of the property, if that structure is no longer present please indicate on the site plan that it has been removed. If the structure is still present then please depict the shade structure on the site plan with all dimensions including height and distance from the property boundaries. The shade structure also does not appear to meet setbacks a Design Development Option (DDO) will be required to permit the structure. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the proposed use for the addition and applicable use specific standards. In order to submit a DDO application, apply for the “Zoning Modification” sub-record within the “sub-records” tab of your permit in TDC Online. Upload a copy of the completed DDO application, which can be downloaded at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/ddo-for-s…. Please be aware that a DDO costs $348 dollars and generally adds 6 weeks to the review timeline. Final Site Zoning approval cannot be provided for this permit until an DDO Decision Letter is provided. Once the decision letter is provided, a two-week appeal period will follow. At completion of the appeal period, please resubmit this permit with a copy of the decision letter so that final Site Zoning approval for the permit can be provided.
