11/05/2025 Historic REQUIRES RESUBMIT Please access TDC and create a Historic sub-record on the same permit # TC-RES-1025-05223. Instructions for how to do this can be found on the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services webpage: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/sub-records.pdf

Revise the construction plans to note the roof material (asphalt shingles) and color of the shingles. Include color photographs (from street level) of the front and sides showing the house and roof.
Once the historic sub record has been created, upload the above mentioned revisions as a single PDF.
When this is complete, this information will be provided to conduct minor reviews and (hopefully) move applicant forward to obtaining a Decision Letter from the Planning Director.
