This letter reflects comments to be addressed. To facilitate a shorter back-check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, clouding any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating the action taken. The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. Please verify that all drawings are to the proper scale and resubmit STRUCTURAL COMMENTS Sheet S1 1. Please provide additional information for the sistering work indicated under Keynote 6. Specify the method of attachment, type and spacing of fasteners, and the exact location and extent of sistering along the ridge beam. MECHANICAL COMMENTS There are no comments.
