Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed.

The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

COMMENTS:
1. The Scale isn’t correct on the site plan, it is not scaling in our system as 1”=30’. Also, set the scale right side up.
2. Add North Arrow to site plan
3. Include the gate swings on the site plan – gates must swing out away from the pool.
4. Label the Home Run from main panel to equipment as 80 LNFT on your site plan
5. Include a proper depth profile on your site plan.
6. On your layout plan, your slope of the pool doesn’t take into account the steps.
7. The Engineering Drawings from AMTEC are all stamped with City of Phoenix stamps – you will need to submit a clean set. Reach out to AMTEC to rectify the problem.
8. You’ve include a construction detail for a baja shelf (stamped by City of Phoenix) that doesn’t correspond with what a Baja self is, those are standard step details. Also – where in the pool is this located? It is not showing on your layout or your site plan.

There may be more comments upon resubmitting the above referenced plan.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
