A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The DDO has yet to be reviewed and approved. It has been submitted on our side. Until the DDO is approved, which can take six or more weeks, Site Zoning is unable to approve the site plan. Address the following comments and resubmit the application as a new sub-record under permit TC-RES-1025-05062. COMMENTS: 1. On page 2 of the application, state the required setbacks for the ADU and what setbacks you are asking approval for. 2. On page 2 of the application, state how the request is compatible with the neighborhood. 3. Application states the site plan, floor plan, and elevations are attached. The site plan is the only document attached. Include the floor plan and elevations in your resubmittal. 4. Submit the signed "Letter of Agency/Authorization" form from the DDO application packet. In order to resubmit the DDO application and plans, apply for a new sub-record under this permit at TDC Online.
