This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. 2. Per UDC Article 6.6.3.C detached accessory buildings, sheds, including accessory dwelling units, are not permitted in the buildable area extending the full width of the lot between the principal building and the front street lot line. The proposed shed is located within the front yard and will require a Board of Adjustment for Variance.
