Prior to permit issuance, one of the following is required:
1) A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work, or
2) A completed and signed Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA).
The Contractor and/or Owner must be correctly identified on the permit, and each must have a TDC Online account in order to be added.
