The measurement from the center of Calle Miura to the curb(40’), and from the curb to the property line (10’) per the Bravo 1 Paving and Street Improvement plan: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-74-012 (I-74-012_012TIF) g.
