A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Based on aerial photographs from MapTucson, https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=maptucson , there are existing structures that appear to be sheds. These are not shown on the site plan, and Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance documents for them. Either provide approved documents for these structures or include them in the resubmitted permit materials. 2. Zoning needs verify the distances from each structure are from the perimeter setbacks (6’ or 2/3 the height of the wall, whichever is greater for the R-1 zone) and in relationship to each other in addition to their square footage and height.
