Based on my review of the plan, exterior modifications are proposed that require HPZ review.1) Please stat how many windows are to be replaced and the materials. 2) Please state if stucco is patching, crack only or full. 3) Please provide more information on door to be removed, infilled, relocated and/or enlarged. 4) Please note, fiberglass is prohibited per West University Design Guidelines. 5) Provide a Comment response letter so staff can determine if this will be a minor or major review. 6) Please access TDC and apply for the Historic sub-record which I have opened under the TC permit number [TC-RES-1025-04995], and this is where the same materials are submitted. Once submitted the system will generate an SD #. Staff will invoiced review fee. Once fee is paid, an historic minor review will be scheduled. Please submit the plans and associated documents in an “HPZ Design Package” as a single compressed pdf file. Multiple files will be rejected and deemed incomplete for review. A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. Plan review for the above referenced single-family residence has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter back check time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. 1. COMMENT: The site plan is incomplete. A.
