| 10/15/2025 | Addressing Validation | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Each set of Duplexes will require its own permit so you will need to apply for a second permit. Additionally, the site plan shows to be for a duplex. The location does not have units attached to the address. Please contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to verify and add the unit numbers. After address/units have been added or verified you'll need to submit an address change request to update this record in the sub records tab of the permit along with a new aerial/site plan that shows the corrected addressing. You will need 4 unit numbers total for a set of 2 duplexes, I would recommend making this permit for Unit 1 and 2 in the front. For questions: PDSD-Residential@tucsonaz.gov |
