This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. 2. The required plot plan shall show all structures that are currently on this parcel. Based on aerial photos there is some type of structure that appears sometime after 2016 that is connected to existing house. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this structure.
