To use the Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA), the property owner must complete the following steps:
1) Create a TDC Online account. Be listed as the Owner on the permit application.
2) Be listed as the property owner on the Assessor’s website. If the homeowner has recently purchased the property, please upload a warranty deed along with the OBA to demonstrate ownership.
3) Be listed and sign the Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA). This includes filling out all sections accurately
All of this information must match (name and ownership details) to be accepted. Please resubmit once all 3 of these steps are completed.
