| 11/21/2025 | Residential Engineering | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Permit: TC-RES-1025-04871 Location: 6537 E CALLE DENED Review Date: 11/21/2025 Site Engineering Comments: 1. The 5-foot utility easement is incorrectly shown for the property. The 5-foot easement runs along the south portion of the property and will be required to be shown as such. Encroachment into said easement requires approval from all associated utility companies that carry rights to this easement. As it is currently presented, it appears the shed is 3 feet in the easement and requires that the plans be revised. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov |
