Please review the comments below. Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. Unfortunately, the plans submitted are unclear and difficult to read, I am unable to complete a review of this permit, please provide a clear and legible plans for our review. 2018 IRC R106.1.1 1. The Shed need to be on separate permits, when you re submit this permit for the porch, please submit a separate permit for the 198 sqft shed, it will only require a zoning site review. 1. Please show location of smoke detectors on the plans 2. Show that the bedroom windows (Emergency rescue opening) are in the plans and have 6ft of clearance from the property line or any structures. 3. Rafters can not attach to other rafters without a structural engineers stamp of approval. 4.Remove duplicate pages of plans. 5. A GFCI device is req'd. for 15 and 20AMP receptacles at a bathroom, kitchen countertop, dishwasher, clothes washer, garage and outdoors. 6. Provide Panel Schedule & load calculation for each service and provide a single line diagram indicating all services/sub panels type and size of feeders and conduits and grounding. |
