You will need to submit a Design Package with the items listed here, showing all proposed work: 1) Existing Site Plan - showing property lines, all existing buildings, structures and improvements on the lot; 2) Proposed Site Plan - showing proposed work (describe new work on the site plan, i.e. "new brick pavers", "new masonry stucco wall 6' high" etc.; 3) Elevation - showing 'proposed' new wall and gate; note the wall height(s) and dimensions, materials, type of stucco finish, and color; and 4) color photographs. Please combine all materials into one pdf. You must then create a Special District (SD) sub-record in TDC Online for your Historic application. 1. A plot plan for a zoning compliance review is required and was not provided in your submission. Plot plan requirements can be found at this link here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. At a minimum, the plot plan shall:
a. Be drawn at an engineering scale.
b. Show all property lines along with property dimensions.
c. Show all structures on the property.
d. Show all perimeter yard setbacks for each structure on the property.
e. Indicate the height of the ramada’s walls.
f. Indicate the zoning of the parcel and all adjacent parcels.
g. Furnish lot coverage, which includes the areas of the property covered by buildings, storage areas, and vehicular use areas (paved and unpaved).
