TC-RES-1024-06242 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 7118 E 17TH PL/134-17-2640 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. On the site plan, please show all electrical line drops from alley to house and neighboring house located at 7126 E 17th St. Include a dimension from the line drop to the swimming pool. 2. Show dimensions from pool to all structures, , including the actual residence, not the covered porch. 3. Show all gates and gate swings on the site plan. Gates must swing outward. 4. Notes at the bottom left of the site plan are incorrect – the barrier is a mix of CMU and Corrugated steel fencing – please revise with the correct mix of barrier styles. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.
