1. Provide/update HVAC demand calculations in accordance with Manual J/S/D standards, M1401.3, M1601.1.
2. Systems shall be sized in accordance with Manual S based on building loads calculated in accordance with Manual J.
3. Modifications and additions to the gas line may require that the existing system be enlarged to meet the total demand based on the new length and load, or a new dedicated line may be required for the additional HVAC loads, G2412.3, G2412.4. A gas piping template is required for this permit submittal.

4. Last, you must remove, shade screen, the fence demo and reinstallations of of your site plan. This work must be permitted separately.
