TC-RES-0624-03753 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 2220 N SARNOFF DR/133-07-0790 Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Alex Pena is listed at the contractor – his ROC isn’t listed on his profile, please update. 2. Label the detached garage and whatever building is attached to it. It looks like a shade awning. 3. Show all gate swings on the site plan – they must swing outward. 4. The fence/wall on the SW portion of the site is missing – show it on the site plan – as well as the material it is made of – i.e. CMU, wood, etc 5. Label the electrical run from the main panel to the equipment – i.e. 80 ‘ of electrical run from main panel to 30 Amp Subpanel 6. Show the dimension between the existing detached garage and the proposed pool 7. Show the dimension between the house and the pool – the covered pation dimension can stay – need that additional dimension. 8. Revise the drawing so it only shows the equipment being installed – there is a 3rd component that is neither a pump nor a filter – or label it. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.
