A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9 This comment was not addressed. No response to Zoning comments was provided. Comment: Resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. This comment was not addressed. Comment: Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to: a. The plot plan shall be drawn at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” = 10’, 1” =20’. b. The property lines and shape shall match parcel 455 as shown on the approved Long View Estates final plat, found at https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/search?book=15&pg=087. c. Provide the property dimensions on the plot plan. d. A lot coverage calculation shall be provided on the plot plan that meets the requirement of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements. e. Clearly show all existing structures that are located on site on the plot plan along with the square footage, heights and applicable perimeter yard setbacks. Existing structures include any detached sheds, carports, etc. f. Clearly show the proposed porch on the plot plan along with the square footage, heights and applicable perimeter yard setbacks. g. Indicate the Zoning of the property along with all adjacent properties on the plot plan. h. Provide the legal description, “LONGVIEW ESTATES LOT 455”, on the plot plan.
