02/24/2026 Historic REVIEW COMPLETED Staff has received and reviewed for revised package for a minor review for garage door and fencing designs and determined that it is complete.
Next steps: Staff has forwarded the package to the WUHZAB and PRS for review. Staff is currently awaiting for review recommendations from WUHZAB and PRS. Once the recommendations are provided to staff, the historic approval decision notice will be issued and that will complete the historic review process. Applicant will be provide a copy of the historic approval noting that all approval conditions have been met. Applicant will submit that historic approval notice for zoning and permitting. Note: No permits may be issued without the historic review process completed with an approved decision notice. Currently, pending historic approval.
