Next steps: Staff has forwarded the package to the WUHZAB and PRS for review. Staff is currently awaiting for review recommendations from WUHZAB and PRS. Once the recommendations are provided to staff, the historic approval decision notice will be issued and that will complete the historic review process. Applicant will be provide a copy of the historic approval noting that all approval conditions have been met. Applicant will submit that historic approval notice for zoning and permitting.
