This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response letter addressing the comments below maybe be delayed until the response letter is received. For additional questions: Building_Official@tucsonaz.gov 1. It appears the documents uploaded lists multiple addresses and each individual address requires its own permit. This permit is for the identified main address 904 E DREXEL RD TUCSON, AZ 85706 only, please start new permits for all other addresses. 2. Provide/update HVAC demand calculations in accordance with Manual J/S/D standards, M1401.3, M1601.1. Systems shall be sized in accordance with Manual S based on building loads calculated in accordance with Manual J. 3. Modifications and additions to the gas line may require that the existing system be enlarged to meet the total demand based on the new length and load, or a new dedicated line may be required for the additional HVAC loads, G2412.3, G2412.4. 4. A gas piping template is required for this permit submittal, Gas piping template: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/gas_piping_template.pdf 5. Last, you must remove, shade screen, the fence demo and reinstallations of of your site plan. This work must be permitted separately. |
