Comment: Previous comment 2 not addressed correctly. The half right of way along Craycroft Road is 30’ from centerline to the face of curb and 20’ from the face of curb to the property line. Please draw, label, and dimension the correct half right of way along Craycroft Road. Previous comment 3 not addressed correctly. The West property line is not 110’ 6”. Per Maps and Records MP-12-012, the West property line is 91.27’ to the start of the radius curve. The arc length for the radius curve is 39.01’. The South property line is 64.16’ from the conclusion of the radius curve. Please correctly dimension all property lines per MP-12-012.
