This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Show the location of and Note if the existing panel/location will be a junction point for existing circuits or a sub-panel with new feeder conductors, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 2. Show the electrical connection from the TEP source to the main meter/panel. Note if it is underground or overhead. Show the location of the main panel on the site-plan. 3. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to be maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof. 4. TEP usually requires the service panel on the property at the closest building to the service transformer.
