A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan should be designed to include the information as noted on the sample site plan. See https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf for reference. 2. Comment: Per UDC 6.6.2.I, the maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be 6 feet; however the wall or fence may be higher than 6 feet, but no higher than 10 feet, if height of wall or fence within a side or rear yard has at least 75% of the area above 6 feet in height is left unobstructed and open through the use of architectural elements, such as arches, columns, or wrought iron. Currently your plans call out the fence height at 74 inches. Please clearly demonstrate that you are meeting these requirements. 3. Please add a note to the site plan stating the fence will be installed within the property boundaries of 8925 E Old Spanish Trail and clearly demonstrate this on your site plan.
