A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 not addressed. There is currently a code violation (CE-VIO0624-02430) for this address in regard to unpermitted structures. Multiple detached accessory structures appear in the rear and side yard between 2018 and 2023. Please provide permit documentation for these structures or have the property owner start a new building permit for the unpermitted structures. Site zoning is unable to approve this fence permit until the unpermitted structures are addressed through a separate permit. 2.
