Per UDC 6.6.1. 6.6.1. In all zones , an accessory use shall comply with the following: A. The use shall be incidental or secondary to the principal use and is located on the same parcel as the principal use. A residential permit will not be approved without an approved principal use. The UDC definition of a principal use is as follows; "The primary use to which the premises is devoted and the primary purpose for which the premises exist". For the purposes of this permit, that principal use would need to be a primary dwelling unit. 2.
