This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide conductor sized according to E3705.5.3 Small conductors: Sheet PV-4 and PV-5 shows a #10 AWG conductor, Raceway # 6-8, connected to a 35A breaker. Per Table E3705.5.3 [NEC240.4(D)] max OCPD for a #10 AWG conductor is 30A. 2. OCPD for copper conductor may not exceed 30A for #10 rating required by NEC 240.4(D)(small conductors), For larger than #10AWG, see NEC Table 310.15(B)(16). 3.
