The following comment was not fully addressed: "Draw dimension and label the height of the proposed workshop measured from design grade to top of wall. Per UDC -6.4.4.A. Building height is the vertical distance measured from the design grade elevation to the highest point of a flat roof; to the deck line of a mansard roof; or to the middle (between the eave and ridge ) of the highest gable of a pitched or hipped roof, except as follows: (See Figure 6.4.4-A, Measurement of Building Height .)" Comment: Please show the measurements from Design Grade, as opposed to Finish Floor Elevation (FFE). The elevation drawings show the measurements from FFE. 2. Comment 3 is acknowledged. A separate permit is required for the carport. This permit cannot be finalized until the separate permit is approved. 3. Comment 4 is acknowledged. Zoning cannot approve until the variance is approved. 4. Comment 5 is acknowledged. Zoning cannot approve until the wall is approved through the variance process.
