This site is located in the NR-1 zone (UDC 5.10.3). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9.

Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to replace exterior door w/window. The property fronts on two local streets Hampton St. and Warren Av. It is not clear if the structure meets setbacks but no change to existing setbacks is proposed. NPZ Requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Special-Districts.
