See Design Review Comments. 2. Previous comment from prior review: Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to replace exterior door w/window. The property fronts on two local streets Hampton St. and Warren Av. It is not clear if the structure meets setbacks but no change to existing setbacks is proposed.
