Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Welding special inspection notes welds at two locations that do not meet the detailed specifications. Note states this is approved by the SEOR. Provide a Sealed letter from the EOR, of the approved plans, acknowledging that the welds do not meet the design details and giving approval for the final state of the welds. 2. Please clarify the Design Strength of the “North Brick Wall for Garage”. 28 day sample shows an 87% Design Strength. Should the design strength for the CMU wall be 2000PSI and not 3000PSI?
