This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Clarify which circuit, and breaker size, at the main service panel/pedestal you are connecting to. If you are adding a new breaker into the service panel, specify the size. Over Current Protection Device (OCPD)/breaker for copper conductor may not exceed 15A for #14, 20A for #12 or 30A for #10, Table E3705.5.3. 2. Show sub-panel feeder conductor and conduit sizes and type, E3705. Romex cannot be used where exposed to the outside. The conductor and/or conduit must be rated for outdoor use and direct burial. 3. Use Table E3705.5.3 for sizing 15, 20 & 30 AMP branch circuit conductors and protection ratings. 4. Show all shed 120 volt receptacle outlets 15 & 20 AMP with GFCI protection, E3902.2.
