This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). Plumbing Plan: 1. Notate and specify all piping materials, P2608. 2. Tucson Water Department limits flow rates for each water meter size in compliance with P2903.7. Tucson Water Department limits 5/8" water meters to a maximum of 11 IRC fixture units or 15 gallons per minute. 3. Provide the water pipe diameter between the meter and shut off valve in compliance with P2903.6. & P2903.7. A minimum 1” service pipe is required for supplying water to more than 9.5 fixture units.
