All repairs due to fire damage must be addressed to its entirety and a temporary power inspection can be added under the approved/issued building permit. Just be sure you include Temporary power is needed in the description details when addressing ALL other building repairs. The property/parcel has multiple addresses and any property with more then 2 addresses/units is considered to be commercial. A Commercial addition/alteration permit type addressing all building repairs and complete set of plans is required. Please remember this is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional.
