Once you log into TDC Online, go to the My Work tab, and then go to Plans (not Permits). Under Plans there should be the Historic sub-record. Review fee pending payment. Once invoiced and paid a minor review will be scheduled. The DZ is limited to 1st Avenue between 2nd St and University Blvd. (2) Provide photos showing windows precedent only within the DZ. (3) Elevations of the existing (Duplex) buildings on site. (4) Design review narrative based on UDC 5.8.9 https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/checklist_for_historic_design_review_-_general.pdf (5) Provide clarification in on the existing and new windows styles, size, material. Please note that West University Design Guideline prohibits vinyl windows. (6) Clarification on rooftop mechanicals. (7) Although addresses for precedent has been listed, provide color photos that will show the windows matching your proposal. (8) You have provided photos of the existing and not surrounding structures requested. Resubmit revised plans under the Historic sub-record. The site is in the HR-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). A duplex is a permitted use in the HR-3 zone, subject to use-specific standard 4.9.7.B.6. 1. Zoning cannot approve TC-RES-1023-08449 until the historic review process has been completed for this project. Submit all files for historic review through the Tucson Development Center Online as a Sub-Record of this permit under "Historic Preservation Zone/Landmark."
