City of Tucson code amendments to 2018 IRC:
o Add new Section N1104.2.2 (IECC R 404.2.2) as follows:
Section N1104.2.2 (IECC R404.2.2) Documentation (Mandatory). Construction documents shall indicate the EVSE location and shall provide information on wiring methods, circuiting and electrical load calculations which demonstrate that the premises electrical system has load capacity to accommodate the EV charging load.

1. Provide missing electrical load calculations which demonstrate that the premises electrical system has load capacity to accommodate the EV charging load.
2. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the EV Charger, R324.3.
