After the fees have been paid on this permit, please submit a comment response letter notifying us so permit processing can continue. 2) One of the following is required: a) A contractor with an active Arizona Contractor’s License for the applicable scope of work, OR b) A completed and signed Owner-Builder Affidavit (OBA). The Contractor and/or Owner must be shown as a contact on the permit, and each must have a TDC Online account in order to be added as a contact.
