Manufactured Housing is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.12. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please include all details found in our basic site plan requirements. You can add to the site plan on page 6 of this submittal but it preferable as a separate upload. Please include the name of the property owner on the site plan. 3. Please include the zoning classification on the site plan which is C-1. 4. Please include a scale bar. 5. Please include setbacks between all structures and adjacent property lines. Make sure the rear and side setbacks nearest to the proposed porch are included. 6. Please include the dimensions, heights and materials of all existing structures on the site. 7. Please include lot coverage calculations by showing the following: a. Show square footage of the parcel b. Total square footage of all enclosed structures c. Total square footage of all vehicular use areas including carports d.
