A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, .9 and .12. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) This submittal contains two different site plans that feature inconsistent setback distances for the carport. Please provide one site plan that provides measured setbacks from the carport to all adjacent property lines and structures. 2. (Comment) Zoning is unable to locate permits for the existing structure and wall next to the carport. If utilities are being run to the structure, a separate permit will need to be submitted to move forward with the carport permit. 3. (Comment) Please dimension all structures on the site plan. 4. (Comment) More comments may be forthcoming on the next review with the submittal of a completed site plan.
