Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
General:
1) Setback distances are inconsistent on construction documents, please resubmit with consistent distances.
2) The generator exhaust must be 10 feet (3048 mm) from the property lines; 3 feet (914 mm) from exterior walls and roofs; 10 feet (3048 mm) from operable openings into buildings; 10 feet (3048 mm) above adjoining grade. Please revise plans to adhere to 501.3.1
3) Show the generator pad/support if applicable and verify it complies with the manufacturer and IFGC 305.7 requirements. IFGC 305.7 requires grade-level appliances/equipment to be supported on a level concrete slab or other approved support extending at least 3 inches above adjoining grade, unless another compliant arrangement applies.
Electrical:
1) Provide the generator manufacturer, model number, rated voltage, phase, kW/kVA rating, and output current. NEC 110.3(B); NEC 445.1; NEC 445.12
2) Show the generator output conduit type and overcurrent protection NEC 445.13; NEC 240.4; NEC 310.16; NEC 110.14(C), as applicable.
Fuel Gas:
1) Provide generator gas input rating in BTU/h.
2) Provide pipe material
3) Underground piping systems shall be installed a minimum depth of 12 inches below grade G2415.12 (404.12)
4) An 18 AWG yellow insulated copper tracer wire or equivalent, must be installed adjacent to nonmetallic piping. Access to the tracer will terminate 12 inches above ground and be suitable for direct burial
