RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a Response Letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please remove the language about City of Tucson Inclusive Design from the site plan as it is not applicable to the current permit application. 2. Correct the Site Plan Key Notes as it does not fully match the site plan. 3. The submitted plan does not provide sufficient information for a Site Zoning review. Dimension the house, shed and garage. g. Provide the perimeter setbacks. For R-1, the front perimeter setback is 20’. The sides are 6’ or 2/3 the height of the wall, whichever is greater. The wall height is measured from design grade to where it meets the roof. h. Show locations of utility lines for water, sewer, electric and gas. 4.
