An accessory dwelling unit is a permitted use in these zones, subject to Use Specific Standards 6.6.3. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Until the DDO is approved, Site Zoning is unable to approve this application. After the DDO decision has been rendered, please resubmit all materials including the DDO decision letter. 2. General Comment 2 from the Building review completed on 10/06/25 has not been fully met. Show compliance with the Inclusive Home Design Ordinance adopted by the City of Tucson Ordinance 10463 on 10/16/07 has not been fully met. Mark and show the exterior accessible 4’ wide route from the public right of way to the ADU. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
