Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by APHZAB and PRS for a new ADU/Casita . HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Here are the next steps. (1) Please pay review fees and inform staff. (3) Please provide a project narrative based on UDC Section 5.8.9

Once application id deemed complete with payment, staff will schedule the review by APHZAB. Thereafter, schedule another review by PRS. Both WUHZAB and PRS will provide recommendations. PDSD Director will issue a final decision. Applicant will use the decision to proceed to permitting. Application pending fees payment.
