This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 -.9. 1. This comment was not addressed. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. The required plot plan shall clearly show the proposed location of the wall and carport. Zoning recommends that you use a copy of the plot plan used for permit T21CM01451. Remove all approval stamps and clearly show the proposed work 2. This comment was not fully addressed. No carport elevations were submitted. Submit an elevation sheet so Zoning staff can determine that the perimeter yard setback is sufficient. 3. More comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the submittal of a completed residential plot plan.
