Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the HR-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8.4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6.

Vehicular use area should be a separate line item in the lot coverage calculations. Please dimension, label, and add square footage of the proposed garage and all driveway space on the site.

Please label the zoning of the surrounding properties. The lots located to the north, south, east, and west are all zoned HR-3.
