A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9 for 1 unit; 4.9.7.B.1 - .9, & .11 for 2 units (min. 10,000 sq ft lot size required). This comment was not addressed: 1. COMMENT: Zoning has completed the review for this project but cannot approve until the Design Development Option is approved. The Design Development Option Application is incomplete. Please address the following and resubmit the application. 1. On page 5 of the application, state the required setback(s) for the awning and what is being proposed. 2. On page 5 of the application, state how the request is compatible with the neighborhood. A resubmit of the application is required.
