A mobile home or manufactured home is an approved use in this zone. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) Provide a site plan of your lot with the proposed addition drawn and dimensioned. If you would like an example template of a mobile home site plan, please reach out to my email: Erick.Bieber@tucsonaz.gov 2. (Comment) Indicate setback dimensions on the site plan from the proposed patio to all applicable nearby structures. A minimum 6’ setback is required between the proposed addition and any nearby structures. 3. (Comment) Show the location of the electrical panel on the site plan. 4. (Comment) Please submit a site plan of the whole mobile home park with your specific lot and lot number clearly indicated. Aerial imagery may be used if a site plan can not be obtained from the mobile home park. 5. (Comment) More comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on the submittal of a completed mobile home park site plan.
